Hello! In the world of themed entertainment I consider myself a communicator, relationship builder, and (most importantly) a big fan. In 2023 I graduated from the University of Central Florida's new Theatre/Themed Experience Master's program with a focus on show producing producing and show writing. My previous degrees are in Entertainment Management and Hospitality Management. With a background in theme park entertainment operations (character performing, coordination, and admin/stage management) I now work on the planning and design side of the themed entertainment industry.
I currently support Universal Creative's Studio as an Assistant Manager of Intellectual Property (IP) on the Creative Strategy team. In this role I manage the IP approval process for show elements via quick and effective communication with both external and internal partners. My favorite part of this role is working with Team Members from all disciplines of the design process, and building relationships with external brand partners. From the very first creative pitch to the final punch list inspection on site, I am lucky that this role allows me to follow projects all the way through their lifecycle. From 2016 to 2022 I celebrated the holidays all year long as a Cast Member on the Holiday Services Decorating Team at the Walt Disney World Resort. This group is responsible for the planning, fabrication, installation, and strike of all holiday décor and props for the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, and east coast Disney Vacation Club properties. In this role I had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with fellow Cast Members, Art Directors, and a world-class creative leadership team to design décor packages that enhance iconic Disney Parks locations for each holiday season. A highlight of my time on this team was working as one of the lead Decorators for the 2019 re-design of the holiday décor package for Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park as well as being featured in ABC/Freeform's holiday specials. |
